Hover Effect Issue on Open Orders in Account History Table

The hover effect on rows in the Open Orders tab of the Account History table behaves inconsistently when orders are added or removed. Some rows lose the hover effect intermittently, causing a buggy user experience.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to dexteronradix.com/trade.
2. Create 3 new limit orders, which should appear in the "Open Orders" tab.
3. After creating the third order, hover over the rows in the "Open Orders" table. The hover effect may fail on some rows.
4. Toggle between the "Order History" and "Open Orders" tabs -> this should restore the hover effect and fix the issue.
5. Cancel an order; notice the hover effect breaks again.
6. The hover effect can be restored by toggling tabs once more.
