Hi guys, we would appreciate your input on our ideas for a smart property database for the community.
Taylor and I roughed out what you see in db.json (or db.yaml if you prefer) on the whiteboard a while back and I just got round to typing it up now.

I realized txs and invoices should have unique ids, and if we're being all relational a link between the two somewhere so we know what pays for what.
