Add videos/presentations page and link from front page

When people do presentations, add them to the presentations page.

This involves links to youtube videos, vimeo, etc.  And also to the powerpoint files or whatever form the presentation was presented in.

So we need a presentations page, even if empty.  Put the link on the front page right beside the link to the Wiki.

This will make it easy to bring people up to speed.
