Finalize what is required for bounties to move from proposed to accepted status.

How many (or what kind of) members are needed to authorise new bounties?

Note: Thanks to @cammyjee's bounty: "15K for a tutorial video of our github for new members", I am finally more comfortable around Github.

But I still have some questions:

For instance, while playing around the bounties project on Github, I noticed the above mentioned bounty initiated by Cam. In an attempt to practice, I dragged it from the "Proposed" column all the way to the "Claimed" column. This was my attempt to give a thumbs up to Cam's video. So while I left it on the "Claimed" column, in reality what I wanted to say was that the video was great, and that the bounty should be paid to Cam for it.

I wonder if we should add an extra column called "Approved" or "VotedUp" between "Claimed" and "Paid", as a way to signal that other members have reviewed and approved of the bounty.

Um, yes I've noticed the drag and drop issue for the project boards too. It's only happening for me in chromium, so my work around is just to use Firefox to move bounties around. I don't know why it doesn't work correctly, I'd love to know the solution.

Edit: Sorry I mis-read your comment. Have been having issues moving things around. I see what you're saying though. The approved column should be fine for what you want, although it hasn't been an issue so far a 'verified' column is envisioned for the web-app to ensure a different user has checked the task actually got done correctly.
