Scrobbler will not put out Japanese, Korean, or anything with accent marks. #55

@GoogleCodeExporter

Description

@GoogleCodeExporter
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play song with Japanese, Korean, or accent marks in the ID3 tag.
2. Open .scrobble.log file
3. Japanese, Korean, or accented tags are completely absent.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to get proper tag output with these languages, but rather get blanks
where they should be.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest release (2 RC 4 on PSP 3000 with 660 PRO-B)
