NASA-TLX not scientifically reliable as is

NASA-TLX needs to have 0 to 20 integer possibilities for accurate evaluation + needs a separate section for accurate weighting of the different loads. If I manage to re-create the questionnaire in google forms I'll submit a pull req.

Building the questionnaire on Google forms proves hard, as we do not have a slider to accepts a linear response. Using the grid to collect values out of 20, to have a greater granularity, results in more than half of the possibilities being available only after scrolling, and this is not acceptable as it might skew the results.
Thinking of another solution
