Interested in contributing

Hi David! My name is Emmanuel. I'm a Software Engineer with about 10 years of backend experience. I love rankedchoices.com! My extended family and I use it to choose movies to watch, activities for the holidays, etc. I'd love to show my gratitude by contributing back! (I'm also very much in favor of increasing the fairness of elections in general, and spreading awareness of RCV seems like a great way to do that!)

I see the following in the "Contributing" section of your README:

One area that I would like focused efforts on is the ability for someone to register and manage their different ballots. There was work toward this efforts, but not finished. Please contact me before putting in significant effort to avoid duplicate work.

Is this work still unfinished, and are you still interested in contributions in this area? If not, are there any other areas of the site/repo you'd like help with?

I haven't updated that section of the README in a while now and when someone registers, they do have the ability to manage all sorts of things with ballots. They can even go in and curate individual votes from their ballots. 

I don't know how involved you want to get, but I feel like the next biggest thing the app could use would be a mobile app built in Expo. Since all backend is done through APIs, it shouldn't be too much trouble for an AI tool like Claude Code to take a look at the AngularJS code and rewrite it in React Native. It would the use the same API so the data would be fully in sync!

What do you think about that?
