Prepare changeset comments / tags / hashtags #11
Description
JOSM remote link could contain some default changeset comment / tags / hashtags about the issue it solves and link to OsmNightWatch to spread the word about it.
Similar with iD editor, if it had a button (hint, hint), see https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/blob/develop/API.md
