Forking purescript-list-zipper for the package-sets.

Hello,

I've been maintaining and using purescript-list-zipper for a while now and I find it really useful.

I'd like to add it to the purescript package-sets list so it will be usable from psc-package, and more importantly so I can add my purescript-slides package to psc-package.

For that I've created a tag in my fork and I will add it to the package-sets list.

Sorry, I haven't been keeping up with PureScript stuff over the past year (definitely want to get back to it when I have time). Thanks so much for maintaining it, that sounds great!
