[Feature Request]: Introduce New Preset Options

What would your feature do?

As requested by Amiko Novich at Pure Fooocus, introduce Specific Seed, Inpaint Denoising Strength and Inpaint Respective Field values for the Enhance tab.

Proposed workflow

1. Introduce these new optional fields to presets
2. If the seed is specified then the Specific Seed option should be checked
3. Save Preset should support these new options
