Hi I dumped mob biome spawns with the TellMe mod and it seems the Trollager (and maybe more mobs that I haven't checked) has a spawn weight of 5 in biomes like Grassland and Grove from the biomes of plenty mod. If you'd like to keep it that way by default I understand but it would be really nice to have some options in the config file to adjust spawn weight because I'd like to make that mob spawn more. I think 80-100 is around how much a zombie or creeper spawns, and I have a lot of different modded mobs and stuff that could spawn so 5 for such a cool mob like the Trollager is way too low for me.
I'm going to put the dump file from the TellMe mod here for you to see because it seem there is a lot of biomes with spawn weight 5 including vanilla ones. There is some with spawn weight 25 I think but there is also a lot with spawn weight 5.
