ive messed around with the config settings a bit and haven't been able to fix it im using primitive mobs and none spawn, the few hostile vanilla mobs i get, spawn suffocating in walls or the floor around the world i only got this mod to be able to play primitve mobs on 1.12.2 but ig its 1.7.10 for now lol ]:
