Tropicraft Dimension Full of Dummies

I went into the Tropicraft dimension while having this mod installed. Then I noticed that there was a very large amount of the Multimob dummies spawning everywhere. I do not know which mod this problem is with though.

It seems like this can happen if another mod breaks, for example- if i have an errored config for another mod (such as one that modified loot tables) something breaks and this happens.
