Remove user / disable user

There doesn't seem to be a way to remove a user from the system

Primarily resolved with #319
Display issue found post #319 where after deleting a user, the users table returns empty. Refreshing the page restores the list of users, excepting the intentionally deleted user from the start.
Issue with user table returning empty resolved in #321 and now shows the table of users post-deactivation and post-deletion with correctly updated information.
