Exclude array to accept column names as well

More or less as the title says - would be good if the exclude array accepted columns names (columns.name) as well as index positions.

I very much support this feature request. Any idea how long this might be before this could be published? The ColVis class really is a very useful addition to the DataTables class. Thank you for your work.

I suspect it would only take a couple of hours of development time to actually implement, but I've been working on other things for DataTables. I'm not sure when I'll get a chance to do this one.

Could be already very good if exclude accepted negative integer values (as columnDefs.targets does).
