If we use this action when sharding then we end up with multiple summaries

I'm currently using this action in a Github job as a step. However, if that job is sharded across multiple matrix, then I end up in a situation where the $GITHUB_SUMMARY contains a summary for each matrix-job. I would like for this behavior to be configurable and for me to be able to turn off the summary output or make it configurable.
