Current build environment is highly not reproducible

Two problems has been spotted:

1. The latest rebuild (of the same Dockerfile) results in non-working environment (e.g. yosys is missing).

It has been reported here by @3mdeb-karolzmyslowski

2. As of 07/06/2023, the same unchanged Dockerfile does not build anymore. Reported here by @krystian-hebel

We should provide a development environment, that does not fall apart after a few weeks, to reliably continue working on this project.

Actually, it does rebuild, the lines I posted were from the middle of the output. It is just that the resulting image is not complete.

So we probably have only one issue, resulting of those two points (the first one being caused by the second one).
