Make ./diagrams/dasharo_forks.py more usable

Enhance plot generation, especially emplacement/size of labels.

Consider introducing PR criteria other than montr-year (commit hash?).

Add date/commit information to the plots.

Add control over which repositories to include.

Add help.

To me this is a bug, not a feature or enhancement request due to amount of work required with DUG OSFV status presentation.

Observed problems: values on OSFV PR plots changed between script runs on past months data (numbers od PRs with each status). With commit hash-based ranging plus hash+time stamp information present on generated images it would be easier to investigate. More attention & testing is required here, this may be script issue.
