Split network stuff out of monitornet.py

It should be in a seperate file, e.g. network.py.

• HTTP/s
• Host-Protocol check
• FTP?
• DNS?
• Loopback device?

Mostly done, i'm actually looking forward to don't touch it anymore. Here and there little quirks.
