No validity for if the clan will every acctually get applied. Works for kinfolk, garou, or human. No clue if its intended for ghoul.

Reproduction Steps:
- Swap to a kindred or ghoul and select Tzi
- Swap off of it onto any other splat
- See that your technically still a tzi so it shows you the pref.
