Make clan variant selection a separate option from clan

Feature Description:

hello i am ideas guy
wwhat if when you pick clan with variant you get second button letting you pick clan
so instead of gangrel + city gangrel you pick gangrel and then you can optionally pick city gangrel
like how tzimisce has zulo form dropdown

this is useful because there are a lot of clan variants and i wanted to PR them to avoid wasting admin time but it will look ugly otherwise
