Create a help guide for adding/using issues in repos #3
Description
The easiest way for someone to submit proposals on any repo is to submit them as an issue.
We could create a page within our wiki to serve as a guide for doing so.
The guide could provide further details for helping the issue develop and gain traction. Such as:
- Linking to it in Slack / Reddit / other
- Best practices for adding comments and reactions
- How to work on an issue and submit a pull request closing it
Getting used to doing things this way would also provide a good foundation for our token bounty system.
