Description
We should create a document that lists all of our communication channels, what they are for, naming conventions, how to join them, etc.
Example List

- Provide details on naming conventions (e.g.

- Keep an up to date list of channels and their descriptions

- Provide a high level sitemap
- Examples: Home, Wiki, etc
