Redundant file structure

Currently all the files for python are under python/cappy, but since the name of this project is cappy isn't that redundant? Once you clone the repository you end up having cappy/python/cappy which seems a little silly. Why not place all python files simply under /python?

I did that so we can add cappy/python to PYTHONPATH and then import stuff like this:

import cappy

If we put files in cappy/python then the package name would have to be "python", which is no good.
