Type of ParColumnBot and the likes

I'm trying to create a fixed width table and struggle with the "ParColumnBot LaTeX" value constructor.
If I'm correct, the only viable argument is a Measure, so shouldn't its signature be
"ParColumnBot Measure".

If I'm mistaken, what's the right way to create an fixed width column?

Sometimes you want things like 0.3 * linewidth. But yeah, the type should probably be Measure and just use CustomMeasure for that case. You will lose the ability to type something like ParColumnBot "50pt" though (assuming OverloadedStrings is enabled).
