When using a non-alpine image split-brain-fix never reaches ready state
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Use a non-alpine image e.g. 8.4.0
- deploy
- Observe split-brain-fix never reaches ready state
Expected behavior
split-brain-fix reaches ready state with non-alpine images
