[chart/<chart_name>][REQUEST] Allow namespaceOverride for custom ns deployment(s) #361

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We are attempting to keep our service mesh pods all in 1 namespace, yet, when oauth2-proxy is deployed, the redis-ha statefulset ends up in istio-system.
Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Template change at least to redis-ha-statefulset.yaml defining if there's a namespaceOverride, use it, otherwise use Release.Namespace. I would prefer every template that specfies a namespace have it though.

We don't want to pull down charts and make custom changes
