Remove electronics-specific assumptions from RIMS core #184

@fusion94

Description

@fusion94

Description

The current RIMS repo appears to be shaped around electronics inventory concepts. If RIMS is going to be the shared framework for multiple domains, those assumptions need to be removed or isolated.

This includes terminology, categories, defaults, example data, and UI language that only makes sense for electronics parts inventory.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Identify electronics-specific terminology in code and docs
  • Replace core terminology with neutral equivalents where appropriate
  • Remove or isolate electronics-specific sample categories and seed data
  • Ensure defaults no longer imply electronics as the primary domain
  • Update docs and screenshots if needed to reflect the neutralized direction
  • Confirm the resulting core reads as domain-neutral
