Audit current RIMS features into keep, generalize, or remove

Description

The current RIMS implementation likely contains a mix of useful shared patterns, legacy assumptions, and domain-specific concepts that do not belong in the framework core.

We need a full feature audit to classify existing capabilities into:

• keep as-is in core
• generalize for framework use
• remove from core
• move to a domain-specific layer

This issue creates the inventory needed to guide a clean modernization effort.

Acceptance Criteria

• Inventory all major current features and workflows in RIMS
• Classify each feature as keep, generalize, remove, or move to domain layer
• Identify electronics-specific assumptions and terminology
• Identify any domain-specific logic that should not remain in core
• Produce a written audit document in repo docs or Brain-linked design notes
• Use the audit as input for follow-up architecture issues
