Description
Create a Footer component that will sit on all pages of the dashboard. This footer needs to have the following Sections Github, Discord, Contact, and Status. The status page will be created later.
I think the github footer is a good reference. >
When you write the plotly component add it to the layout variable in dashboard/pages/index/layout.py
