Improvement - PingNotification

Just wondering if it would be possible to allow the notification background to be customized separate from the discord background. The black notification background (i use discord without a theme, color set to onyx) does not catch my attention as well when I am doing something on another monitor. To be fair, this is really only a problem for notifications which do not produce a sound as per my settings, but it would be a nice feature.

I planned a huge customisation update ages ago but never got around to it. Thanks for reminding me, I'll add this for the next update but no ETA on this.
