[Question]Does this mod Change frames by default?

Does this Mod Change Vanilla Frames by Default?

I know that it adds a bunch of cool features but does it change any of the vanilla frames on it's own? Or do I have to make a Datapack that does that? To be honest I prefer the latter.

Vanilla frames are completely untouched!

All it does is give mod and modpack authors the ability to customise theirs.
