Secure TG Audio Garbled When Using Keyboard PTT Shortcut

Description:
When transmitting on any secure talkgroup using a keyboard shortcut for PTT, the audio becomes broken and garbled. This issue does not appear to be encryption mistakes related (e.g., key mismatch), as secure transmissions work perfectly when using the mouse to activate the PTT button.

My Findings:

• The issue is isolated to keyboard-triggered PTT on secure talkgroups.
• Mouse-based PTT functions correctly with no audio issues.
• The behavior is not linked to the PTT device being used, hardware has been ruled out.
• Clear (unencrypted) channels are unaffected in terms of audio, but show subtle symptoms (see below).

Suggestions:

• Investigate whether the keyboard shortcut is improperly handling the PTT logic; possibly spamming the transmit control instead of maintaining a hold state.
• There may be a timing issue, particularly sensitive on secure talkgroups.
• This behavior does somewhat manifest on clear channels as well: using a keyboard shortcut to PTT shows noticeably different behavior on the VU meter compared to using the mouse and PTT button. This supports the theory of improper or unstable PTT engagement.
