Arapucas on the lateral APAs should be single-sided in FD HD.

Current FD HD full geometry, v6, has all arapuca bars double-sided, i.e. sensitive from both sides. The actual design has the arapucas in the lateral APAs (outer APAs by the cryostat walls) single-sided. We should port the single sided design from PD HD geometry.

In addition to the described issue, I have noticed that the sensitive detector part of the arapuca bars is placed asymmetrically. In the attached images, one can see sunken grey part on one side of the bar, but that one is fully level on the other side.

The sensitive part seems to be offset from the centre towards positive X in the lateral APAs. The central APAs show reverted offset.
