BRIEF DESCRIPTION

How can we find within repos, projects that could have servers running that cost money. Sometimes, project can get "over-engineered" and if we can move from running code, to static code, or archival. How can we simplify our infrastructure footprint?

REQUIRED DELIVERABLES

Make as clear of a step-by-step list as you can

  1. gather common types of files that indicate a cloud service
  2. write a repo-linter checker that flags those files and generates a report
  3. perhaps file a ticket on a repo somewhere?
