Some problem about the supporting information that you mentioned in the article

Hi! I want to test the model using the test dataset that used in your work and you said that we can download the supporting information file to find the list of PDB IDs for each data set, but I don't find the PDB IDs in supporting information file. Can you re-upload it or tell me how to get it?

Hi @wanyueli , thank you for the heads-up and sorry for the inconvenience. The list of PDB changed quite a lot since the beginning of the project. At the moment I am only able to upload an older version, but it should be a good start to train models and test the performance of the architecture and the features.

I have uploaded the list in https://github.com/DS3Lab/RosENet/blob/master/used_pdbs.pdf . Nonetheless, I will find the actual list of the PDB used in the final version of the paper, and let you know here when that is uploaded.
