IP verification cookie does not allow to login with different IP.

Identified | That is not a bug, but an intended feature that keeps IP check cookie secure from being compromised and used with another session. In order to sustain this security more strict requirements are needed.

Update | No changes are needed, as this behavior of IP check cookie is necessary. It does not provide immunity from email check when logging in from new, UNVERIFIED IP, but lets to login again from same ALREADY VERIFIED IP.
