Best practices for a collaboration marketplace

It would be great if when a person has a research question, they could ask it somewhere.

One idea is to use stack exchange. It has a section for research problems, but it is not very active (at least not in physics). We should explore how to make it more active rather than try to build a new platform.

I didn't know StackExchange had this type of feature. I will take a look. I agree that it could be better to reuse a platform with this specific focus rather than trying to build a new one.
