I found that there is an updated version of XP-CLR when reading this paper(https://www.nature.com/articles/nbt.3096), can you send it to me(xiekunwhy@foxmail.com) or submit the source code to this repository? I need to calculate XP-CLR in my project. Thank you!
An others question, why we need genetic distance to calculate XP-CLR? as we all known, it is very hard to get genetic position of SNP markers in natural population in many species.
