marcd not handling message of type 100 #4
Description
After upgrading the MPs to new version, the marcd started to complain.

git say that there is no difference between the dsvmarc repository and the github.. So I assume that its the correct version...but it seems wrong.
furthermore, on the web the mps are just reported as 'last heard from' when the started, not when they reported (assume its the 100 message). But their status seems ok. Capturing and the 'green' marker.
