is it possible to use Region and Country from DNN Lists

Can I use the Region and Country fields in my Feedback instance and have a dropdownlist listing the Regions (States) and Countries instead a Text field?

these profile properties and controls have been rewritten in DNN 7.4.1, any supporting module version will not work with previous DNN versions (however, it sounds like a nice improvement)
