Unable to Connect AD Provider #94

We are using the latest version and getting an unusual error when connecting.

When saving settings we are getting "OK" for accessing global catalog, OK, for Accessing LDAP, and "FAIL" for checking root domain, and "Could not access LDAP to obtain domains info".

Do you have any diagnosis steps?

The user account we are using is a domain user, with read access to the domain, and no other permissions.
