Two different text domains in use #40

Plugin seem to use two different text domains, noticed it when adding new language files.
simple-comment-editing seem to used globally except at least in here you use also simple-comment-editing-options: https://github.com/MediaRon/simple-comment-editing/blob/master/includes/admin/tabs/class-settings.php#L109-L115
