I’m trying to simulate the growth of a bubble inside a super-heated droplet. When AMR is disabled, the case runs correctly: in ParaView I can see the expected distributions of psi0, massSource, and other fields around the interface. But as soon as I enable AMR—without changing anything else—the phase-change calculation seems to fail: after a short time, psi0, massSource, and similar fields drop to zero everywhere in the domain. I haven’t yet located the cause. Below is my test case; if you have time to take a look, I’d be extremely grateful.
