Capelin OM produces Data@LFC > Data@LFS and Data@vbLinf #2

Description

I was having trouble with the SCA model and found LFC > LFS or Linf in some simulations:

Hist <- runMSE(DLMextra::Capelin_GSL_DFO, Hist = TRUE)
which(Hist$Data@LFC > Hist$Data@LFS)
which(Hist$Data@LFS> Hist$Data@vbLinf)
which(Hist$Data@LFC > Hist$Data@vbLinf)

MPs are typically not robust to this parameter space, e.g. can't easily convert to selectivity in terms of age from von Bertalanffy equation.
