Capelin OM produces Data@LFC > Data@LFS and Data@vbLinf

I was having trouble with the SCA model and found LFC > LFS or Linf in some simulations:

MPs are typically not robust to this parameter space, e.g. can't easily convert to selectivity in terms of age from von Bertalanffy equation.

This is caused by high observation error on LFC and LFS in this OM. Not sure best solution. Does SCA use LFC and LFS slots? An alternative would be to calculate these directly from observed CAA or CAL data
