Do registration after study

Some pathologists don't have time to do the registration between WSI and stage when they doing tracking study.

We need do registration after the study. The registration is based on recording camera video, stage position, and some FOV camera pictures.

We may need a new GUI to achieve this.

We may not generate the WSI position by this GUI. The output of this GUI is 3 pairs of positions for each slide.(stage_X, stage_Y, WSI_X, WSI_Y)
