How to estimate the CAC socre?

Thank you for your open code.

1. I wonder if the predicted probability > 0.5, it will be thought as CVD positive.
2. I'm curious about how to estimate these scores including CAC score, CAD-RADS score, and MESA 10-year risk score by the predicted probability of being CVD positive.
3. And I want to know how to obtain the four CAC grades to compare the radiologists according to the predicted probability.
