kiara-generated IDs and labels #32
Description
In the marimo notebook version (but probably in other formats as well) kiara provides the original columns from the nodelist as node attributes (after kiara-generated ones like _node_id or _degree_centrality ..). However, when some nodes had to be extracted from the edgelist, there is no data for those extra nodes that were not in the original nodelist. Kiara currently automatically fills those cells with content from kiara-generated columns. They should either remain empty or should be marked as kiara-generated.
