Discrepancy between container code and main branch

Hello, after running v1.0.3 with singularity, I noticed that the source code within the container does not align with the code that is on the main branch of this repository. Is there a specific reason for this and is the source code version controlled on github somewhere else by chance? Any context you can provide would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
