flexsurvreg_prob with generalized gamma gives NaN after prob =1

The “flexsurvreg_prob” function gives an issue with the generalized gamma. All the risks of dying after the value 1 are reported as NaN.

For that reason, generalized gamma has been removed from our survival functions. It tends to give incorrect estimates.
